Volant Partners was formed in 2021 by Ron Hopkins to create a different kind of engineering services company. Building on his decades of leadership at other consulting companies, he wanted to create a uniquely employee-focused company. One that was uncompromising in creating a great place to work for employees and providing an exceptional experience to clients.
Our corporate philosophy is simple. We believe that an engineering services company must hire and retain the very best staff. We also believe that our team is stronger if it is diverse and represents the world we live in.
